WotD Round 3: Vs. AmberA light breeze occasionally rustled the leaves of the forest's trees, but the air was relatively still below their branches. Here and there were signs of wildlife, little glimpses of things scurrying away into the brush or leaping from tree to tree. Insects dared to come closest, dark beetles and whirling moths that whizzed and drifted by.
To Kyra Lo'ora, Sand Elf from Domistra's Great Western Desert, it was a very alien place. Even in her extended life, she had rarely ventured far beyond the vast sands that she fondly called home; even then she had mostly kept to the dry grasslands. Her dark evil deviations don't look to great on my super pink journal XD. Um, but anyway, Vicky, I met through WotD, that tournament I'm in, and hopefully won't get kicked out of. What I like most about her stuff is prolly how great she is with shading and lighting, I mean look at that first thumb! Awesome amirite? Even with minor shading, I mean it still looks great, I'm happy to see that middle thumb greet me every time I visit her profile. And F-YEAH SPIERS! She has great characters and designs that under many other circumstances I would hate, yet she pulls it off.

Yet another fellow WotD competitor, I actually wish I could get to know her better. But she inspires me in the way that she has far better plot and action scenes then my stuff. Even though her style is really simple it still evokes emotions in me that I only often feel whilst watching bigger artist's comics. I sure hope we both pass so I might have the honor of facing her in the Halius Tournament.
